We are so excited to be in Georgia with Rita Grayson! It is truly an honor to dive deep into brain-body integration through sandtray therapy. This is an opportunity Kaitlyn and I have been wanting to engage in for quite some time. This type of play has helped us discover the lateral integration of left and right brain when processing themes in therapy. We are excited to bring this practice back to our kids as they learn how to identify and process trauma. Guess which “being” chose Kaitlyn and which one chose me!
